• Booking renter must be age 21 or older
• Drivers must be age 18 or older and meet all driver requirements

• Complete one liability waiver per vehicle with a different qualified driver for each vehicle
• Bring a credit card for a damage-deposit hold of up to $3,000
• Expect a $50 premium damage-protection charge to reduce the hold to $1,500; it is not included in the listed price
• Expect a 6.5% equipment-cleaning fee not included in the listed price
• Return the vehicle on time; late returns incur a $100-per-hour fee
• Complete an online ATV safety course before riding if born on or after January 1, 1988
