- If born in 1988 or later, requires a lifetime safe-boater course and presentation of your safe-boater card
- Expect a $1,000 security deposit at pickup, not included in the listed price, released after return in the same condition
- Fuel is not included in the listed price; the boat departs full and you’ll be charged for fuel used upon return
- Refuel only at Captain Pip’s Marina, except for prearranged weekly rentals
- Sign a general release at the office if you’ll be aboard for the entire rental

Cancellation Policy
Receive a full refund with at least 7 days' notice, except single-day rentals have a nonrefundable $100 deposit. No refund is available within 7 days of your rental. Multi-day rentals receive no compensation for weather-related lost days.
