Important details

• Renters must be ages 21+ with a valid driver's license.
• Boat operators must be ages 16+ with a valid driver's license. Learner's permits, expired licenses, and non-driver IDs are not accepted.
• Bring your physical driver's license. Digital licenses, virtual wallets, and photos of your license are not accepted.
• Dogs are allowed on this boat.
• Bring a physical credit card for check-in. The name on the card must match your driver's license.
• Stay out of the Gulf and within the boundaries marked by Perdido Pass Bridge, Theo Baars Bridge, Lillian Bridge, and the Wharf Bridge. Ono Island Bridge is not a boundary.
• Tubing and towing of any kind are not permitted.
• Complete the waiver before arrival using the link in your confirmation email.
• Arrive 30 minutes before your reservation. For 8 AM rentals, arrive on time or only 5–10 minutes early; the marina opens at 8 AM.
• A late departure does not extend your scheduled return time.
