Important details
- Rental eBikes are for ages 21+; personal eBikes are for ages 16+
- Experience operating a bike and comfort riding in busy New York City traffic are required
- Bring a valid passport or driver's license
- A signed waiver is required
- Personal eBikes must be able to handle the selected tour mileage
- The optional bonus route costs an additional $60 per eBike rental and is not included in the listed price
Cancellation Policy
Full refund with 21 days' notice. No refund after that. Full refund if the operator cancels due to steady rain at the tour start.
FAQs
For summer riding, bring sunglasses, sunscreen, a light jacket or sweatshirt, and a poncho. Don't wear flip-flops. For winter riding, dress as you would for a ski mountain with goggles, a heavy jacket, gloves, thermals, a neck warmer, a small beanie or ski hat for under the helmet, and heavy or layered socks.
