- Arrive at least 20 minutes early for parking and the walk down to the water
- A mandatory 20% captain gratuity is not included in the listed price and is paid directly to the captain
- Marina entry fees are not included: $5 per person and $20 per vehicle; the vehicle fee counts toward per-person fees for up to 4 people
- Children under 13 must wear life jackets; bring properly fitting life jackets for children
- No glass containers, pets, smoking, messy snacks, portable speakers, or large personal coolers
- Captainless rentals require the renter to be at least 26 years old
Cancellation Policy
Receive a 100% refund when you cancel at least 5 days before your booking, or a 50% refund when you cancel at least 2 days before. No refund within 2 days of booking. Full refund if the outing is canceled due to dangerous weather conditions. Light passing rain or rain forecasts do not qualify for cancellation.

Weekend and holiday charters run from 10:30am–2:30pm or 3:00pm–7:00pm, with earlier or later times sometimes available.
Bring no large personal cooler unless you are comfortable carrying it up and down a hill. A large cooler is already onboard.
Smoking is not allowed. Vapes are allowed.
