Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 48 hours before the tour for no charge. Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours, including the day of the tour, are charged in full. If the operator cancels before pickup, receive a full refund or reschedule. If biking is called off at the staging area, the van tour continues at 50% of the total tour cost.
