- Arrive a few minutes before your scheduled trip and do not block the gate
- Children must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or responsible adult
- Requires paddling and maneuvering a kayak, plus standing to pull it over shallow rocky spots
- Kayak rentals accommodate up to 250 lbs at regular water levels; limits decrease when water is low
- Leave glass at home
- Bring clothes that can get wet, a change of clothes, sunscreen, and secured drinks and snacks
- Return by 7 PM to avoid late fees
- Trips are canceled and refunded during lightning storms or unsafe high or low water levels
