Itinerary

1. Welcome & Boarding • Guests arrive at the harbor in Destin, FL. • Warm greeting by the yacht crew, light refreshments offered. • A brief introduction to the yacht's amenities and safety instructions. • The captain offers a few words about the significance of the journey.
2. Departure & Scenic Cruise • The yacht departs the dock, beginning a serene cruise through the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. • Passengers can take in the beauty of the coastline, enjoying the peaceful ambiance. • Light background music or personal tributes may be shared among family and friends.
3. Memorial Ceremony • The yacht anchors at a tranquil spot in the gulf or a serene inlet. • The official memorial service begins, led by a clergy member or family spokesperson. • A moment of silence or shared readings, poems, or tributes to the deceased. • Option for flower petals or biodegradable urns to be released into the water as part of the farewell.
4. Private Reflection & Return Cruise • Guests can spend time reflecting, sharing memories, or offering condolences while the yacht slowly returns to the dock. • Soft music or personalized playlist plays in the background, fostering a comforting environment. • Light refreshments are served to guests.
5. Disembarkation & Farewell • The yacht docks back in Destin Harbor. • Guests say their farewells and disembark at their leisure, with a final thank you from the crew.

• A $125-per-hour Captain/Crew fee is paid directly to the captain on charter day and is not included in the listed price; gratuity is not included
• Ash scattering takes place 3 miles offshore
• Infants ages 3 and under must wear their own flotation device; none are provided
• Bring your own food and drinks; items with red dye, including red wine and fruit drinks, are not allowed
• Avoid bronzers for 48 hours before departure
• Smoking and drug use are not permitted on board; vaping is allowed
