- Arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled start for gear collection and a 10-minute training session
- Basic paddle skills and comfort paddling in low light are required
- Swimming ability is required when renting a paddleboard, kayak, canoe, or double kayak
- Craft weight limit is 275 lbs
- Children 15 and younger must paddle with an adult age 18 or older and wear a full life vest
- Bring a life vest, leash, and lights when using your own paddleboard
- Complete the required waiver before participating
- A processing fee applies and is not included in the listed price
- No lifeguard is on duty

No refunds are issued. Events may be rescheduled due to weather-related cancellations; rebookings are allowed only for weather cancellations. The experience closes when winds reach 15 mph or greater.
