- Minimum 10 boats per group rental
- Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled start time
- Bring a valid photo ID for rental check-in
- Complete a waiver for every participant before departure
- Alcohol and other drugs are not allowed on or while operating watercraft
- All participants must have a personal flotation device; participants under 13 and unaccompanied minors under 18 must wear one at all times
- Participants under 18 need a parent or guardian present or an unaccompanied-minor waiver
- Weight limits vary by boat, from 100 to 1,000 lbs
- Return to Brittingham Boats if lightning or thunder occurs; high winds or storms may limit boat availability
