The horses here are clearly well-loved and well-trained, with guests consistently praising how gentle and calm they are with riders of all experience levels. The family-run operation gets high marks for friendly, professional guides like Brian, Tucker, and Lori, who check in frequently and show real patience with nervous first-timers and young children. The mountain scenery along the trails is legitimately beautiful, and the longer rides include a stop at a garnet mine where you can hunt for treasures. A couple reviewers mentioned concerns about animal grooming and feeling rushed through the experience, with one noting their ride was shortened without explanation. However, the vast majority describe healthy, well-cared-for horses and attentive service. Jackie and his family have created an operation that works well for families, seniors, and children with special needs. Most guests leave thrilled with their experience and eager to return.
Wow awesome people, great horses, views for days! Would gladly come back!
