Know before you go
- Arrive 10 minutes before the session start time for check-in
- Wear closed-toe shoes; sandals and flip-flops are not permitted
- Dress in clothes that can get dirty
- Bring a reusable water bottle
- Leave phones, tablets, and other electronic devices in the car or hand them in at check-in until the session ends
- Sessions operate on weekdays only
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before start for a full refund. Cancel less than 24 hours before start to reschedule at no charge, but no cash refund is available. No-shows and late arrivals that miss the session are non-refundable. Full refund or free reschedule if Hacienda Carey cancels, including for weather.
