Itinerary
0:00 – 0:10 Welcome Greet kids, introduce staff, go over farm rules and the no-electronics policy. Hand out activity name tags.
0:10 – 0:45 Animal Petting Hands-on time with baby goats, pigs, and sheep. Staff guides interaction — learn animal names, behaviors, and safe handling.
0:45 – 1:15 Nature Hike Guided walk around the Hacienda property. Identify native plants, trees, and birds. Staff shares fun facts about Puerto Rico ecosystems.
1:15 – 1:35 Lite Snack Time Healthy farm-inspired snack provided by Hacienda Carey. Rest, hydrate, and chat about what they discovered so far.
1:35 – 2:30 Educational Guide Structured learning session led by bilingual staff. Topics rotate weekly: farm life, animal science, plant biology, Puerto Rico nature, nutrition.
2:30 – 2:50 Free Farm Exploration Open time to revisit favorite animals, explore the petting zoo, or walk the garden. No screens, just curiosity.
2:50 – 3:00 Wrap-Up Circle Each child shares one thing they learned today. Staff recaps the theme. Kids take home a small farm keepsake or activity sheet.

- Wear closed-toe shoes; sandals and flip-flops are not permitted
- Dress in clothes that can get dirty
- Bring a reusable water bottle
- Leave phones, tablets, and other electronic devices in the car or hand them in at check-in
Cancellation Policy
Cancel free up to 24 hours before start for a full refund. Later cancellations can be rescheduled at no charge but aren't refundable. No-shows and late arrivals that miss the session aren't refundable. Get a full refund or free reschedule if Hacienda Carey cancels, including for weather.
