Important details
- Arrive 30 minutes before your rental time for check-in and waivers
- All drivers must be ages 26+ and present a valid driver's license
- All participants must be able to read and speak English
- Minors must be accompanied by a legal guardian who also participates; waivers for minors require their legal guardian
- Adult passengers and legal guardians need a government-issued photo ID
- The credit card owner and the card used for the reservation must be present at check-in with matching photo ID
- A $1,000 credit-card preauthorization is required for each driver and may be used for equipment damage charges
- Wear shoes or boots, long pants, and eye protection; goggles can be rented for $10 each
- Bring at least one cell phone per group with reliable service in the riding area for communication and navigation
- Vehicle weight limits: ATV 600 lbs; 6-person Defender 1,300 lbs; 2-person Maverick 650 lbs; 4-person Maverick 880 lbs combined
- Wash your rental at Kremmling Car Wash before returning it; an extra 30 minutes is allowed for washing
- A cleaning surcharge not included in the listed price applies if water restrictions close the car wash
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before start. Within 24 hours, cancellations, late arrivals, and no-shows are nonrefundable. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

Drive only if you are 26 or older. If you arrive with drivers under 26, those machines will be canceled and are nonrefundable.
Bring a credit card. Each driver age 26+ must have a $1,000 pre-authorization per driver on the credit card on file (added the day before your reservation).
Arrive 30 minutes early so each participant over 18 can complete a rental agreement/waiver. Every driver must present a valid driver’s license. Passengers over 18 and all legal guardians must present a government-issued photo ID. Minors must have their waiver completed by their legal guardian, and that legal guardian must also be a participant on the rental.
