Important details
- Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled rental time
- Bring a valid photo ID for rental check-in
- Complete a waiver before departure
- No alcohol or drugs are allowed while on or operating watercraft
- Travelers under 18 require a parent or guardian, unless an unaccompanied-minor waiver is signed
- Keep a personal flotation device with you on the water; minors under 13 and unaccompanied minors under 18 must wear one at all times
- Stay within your selected craft’s stated capacity, from 100 lbs for a kid’s stand-up paddleboard to 1,000 lbs for a 4–8 person stand-up paddleboard
Cancellation Policy
Get a full refund or reschedule up to 24 hours before your rental. No refunds or reschedules are available on the day of the rental. Receive a full refund or reschedule if the operator cancels due to weather, equipment, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Your rental includes a personal flotation device, paddles, instruction, and assistance.
Bring a valid photo ID. You may also bring your own personal flotation device or paddle, plus sunglasses, water, sunscreen, snacks, and comfortable clothing and shoes.
A personal flotation device is required for everyone and is included. Minors under 13 and unaccompanied minors under 18 must wear one at all times. Adults must keep one in the boat.
