- Complete a waiver before departure
- Alcohol and drugs are not allowed while on or operating watercraft
- A parent or guardian must accompany you if you are under 18 unless you have an unaccompanied-minor waiver
- Keep a personal flotation device with every person; unaccompanied minors under 18 and all children under 13 must wear one
- Wear a personal flotation device at all times when using a watermat
- Selected craft capacity and weight limits apply, ranging from 100 to 1,500 lbs
