Important details
- Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time
- Bring a valid photo ID for rental check-in
- Complete a waiver before departure
- Travelers under 18 require a parent or guardian, unless an unaccompanied waiver is signed
- Alcohol and other drugs are prohibited while on or operating watercraft
- Keep a personal flotation device (PFD) with you; wearing it at all times is strongly advised
- Minors under 13 and unaccompanied minors under 18 must wear a PFD at all times
- Everyone on the watermat must wear a PFD at all times
- Stay within your selected craft's capacity limit; limits range from 100 to 1,500 lbs
- Adaptive paddling options are not available

Get a full refund or reschedule up to 24 hours before your rental. No refunds or rescheduling on the day of the rental. Receive a full refund or reschedule if the operator cancels due to weather, equipment, or unforeseen circumstances.

Bring towels, sunscreen, sunglasses, water, snacks, and a dry bag or plastic bag for your phone. Wear comfortable clothing and shoes.
Bring your own snacks and non-alcoholic drinks. Alcoholic beverages are not allowed in the boats.
