Know before you go
- Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time
- Bring a valid photo ID for rental check-in
- Ensure every participant completes a waiver before departure
- Do not bring or consume alcohol or other drugs, or operate watercraft while under their influence
- A personal flotation device (PFD) is required for every person to have with them
- Travelers under 18 require a parent or guardian, unless they have a signed unaccompanied waiver
- Unaccompanied minors under 18 and all children under 13 must wear a PFD; everyone on a watermat must wear one
- Capacity limits: SUP 275 lbs; kid's SUP 100 lbs; 2–4 person SUP 600 lbs; 4–8 person SUP 1,000 lbs
- Capacity limits: kayak 350 lbs; tandem kayak 500 lbs; on-top kayak 275 lbs; on-top tandem kayak 500 lbs
- Capacity limits: canoe 2–4 people/850 lbs; solo canoe 400 lbs; paddle boat 4 people/500 lbs; row boat 3–4 people/400 lbs
- Capacity limits: watermat 10 people/1,500 lbs; duck, swan, and dragon paddle boats 5 people/800 lbs
Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 1 week before for a full refund. Cancel more than 48 hours before for an 80% refund. No refunds are available within 48 hours of the rental.
FAQs
Do not bring or consume alcohol or other drugs, and do not operate watercraft while under their influence. A personal flotation device (PFD) is required for everyone; wear one at all times if you are under 13, an unaccompanied minor under 18, or using the watermat.
