Important details
- Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time and bring a valid photo ID
- Complete a waiver before departure
- Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult; ages 14–17 may rent without an adult with a parent or guardian-signed minor waiver
- Keep a personal flotation device with you; all minors must wear one at all times
- Do not bring, consume, or be under the influence of alcohol or drugs while on or operating watercraft
- Stay within your craft’s capacity limit, ranging from 100 to 1,000 pounds depending on the boat

Get a full refund or reschedule up to 24 hours before your reserved time. No refunds or reschedules are available on the day of the rental. Receive a full refund or reschedule if the operator cancels due to weather, equipment, or other unforeseen circumstances.
