Riders under 18 must have an adult present to check in and sign the waiver, and a valid ID is required at check-in. Riders 300 pounds and over cannot be accommodated due to the bike manufacturer’s weight limit.
Cancellation Policy
Notify at least 24 hours in advance if you cannot make your tour. For cancellations within 24 hours of the tour, you can receive full credit toward bike rentals. In the event of inclement weather, the team will contact you in advance for any tour cancellations.
