Things to know
Guests must be able to ride their own bike; attachments like trailers and tagalongs are not permitted. Riders under 18 need an adult to check them in with valid ID; the weight limit is 300 lbs. Arrive 10–15 minutes early; the tour ends at a different location.
Cancellation policy
Notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you cannot make your tour. In the event of inclement weather, our team will contact you about cancellations. If you reschedule for a later date, cancellation requests must be received 24 hours before your original travel date; if you move to an earlier date, the 24-hour window applies to the new date.
