Important details
- Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled start time
- Bring a valid photo ID for rental check-in
- Complete a waiver before departure
- Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult; ages 14–17 may go unaccompanied with a parent or guardian-signed minor waiver
- Keep a personal flotation device (PFD) with you; all minors must wear one at all times
- Alcohol, drugs, and being under their influence are not allowed while on or operating watercraft
- Stay within your craft's posted capacity, which ranges from 100 to 1,000 lbs depending on boat type
- Adaptive paddling options are not available

Cancel or change at least 24 hours before start. No refunds for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.

FAQs
This is an all-ages activity. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Ages 14–17 may rent without adult supervision with a parent or guardian-signed minor waiver.
A personal flotation device (PFD) is provided for every person and must be kept with you. Minors under 13 must wear a PFD at all times; unaccompanied minors under 18 must also wear one at all times.
Alcohol, drugs, and being under their influence are not allowed while on or operating watercraft. Coolers may be checked.
