Cancellation Policy
For private charters, the amount charged at booking is a security deposit and is non-refundable unless the captain cancels due to bad weather or mechanical breakdown. Remaining balance is due upon arrival. If you cancel more than 14 days out and they can’t rebook, you owe the remaining balance. No-shows charged in full.
