Important details
- Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled departure for check-in
- All participants must be at least 49 inches tall
- Swimming experience is highly recommended
- Requires paddling safely; physical conditions that prevent safe paddling are not permitted
- Travelers age 13 and under must wear a life jacket at all times
- Travelers under 18 must check in with someone age 18 or older
- Wear enclosed-toe, enclosed-heel shoes; flip-flops are not permitted
- Leave pets, personal tubes, Styrofoam coolers and glass containers behind
- Use one person per tube and do not jump from bridges
- Return from the river by 6pm
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation with at least 24 hours' notice. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full price.
