Important details
- Ages 3+ only and at least 36 inches tall
- Adult supervision required for anyone under 16
- Rugged water shoes or old sneakers required; flip-flops are not allowed
- Alcohol is prohibited on the river
- Personal inflatables are not permitted
- Canoes have a 1,000 lb weight limit; kayaks and tubes have a 250 lb weight limit
- Tubes must be tied to a boat
- Pets are allowed; keep them leashed in the parking lot
Cancellation Policy
Full refund with at least 24 hours' notice. A 50% refund is available with at least 2 hours' notice. No refund for no-shows. Full refund if the operator closes due to weather, poor river conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
FAQs
Arrive 15 minutes before your reserved time. The bus leaves 10 minutes after your reserved time, and there may not be room on the next bus.
Bring a water bottle, snacks, a dry bag for valuables, sunscreen, and bug spray. Bring a towel and dry clothes for afterward, and leave them in your car.
Anyone age 12 or younger must wear a life jacket at all times. Anyone older than 12 must keep a life jacket with them.
