15+ days: refund of deposit minus 6% booking fee. 14–9 days: $100 fee + 6% booking fee. 8–3 days: 50% charged + 6% booking fee. Within 72 hours: no cancellations (100% charged). Full refund minus non-refundable booking fee if operator cancels for safety.
