Submit the online waiver at least 48 hours before your helicopter tour time (or immediately if you book for the same or next day). The card owner must also submit the credit card authorization form at least 48 hours before tour time and bring the same credit card plus a matching photo ID.
Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled tour time. If you are not there at the scheduled time, you are treated as a no-show and you won’t receive a refund. Late arrival fees may also apply.
