Keen Fly has earned a near-perfect reputation, and it's easy to see why. Reviewers consistently praise the professionalism and warmth of the team, with staff members like Valentina and videographer Jason receiving personal shoutouts for going above and beyond. Pilots are described as skilled, smooth, and genuinely informative, making first-timers feel comfortable and seasoned flyers feel like they're experiencing something new. What stands out beyond the standard helicopter tour is the flexibility and personal touch. The team has accommodated custom routes for guests wanting to see more of the Everglades, and they've become a go-to for memorable life events like gender reveals. Communication is prompt, booking is straightforward, and multiple reviewers have returned for additional flights, which tells you a lot about the consistency of the experience.
We had an amazing helicopter ride over the beaches of Fort Lauderdale this weekend! From the very beginning, Valentina provided outstanding service, thank you for all your help! A big thank you as well to Captain Camilo for making the experience so enjoyable. We would definitely do it again. See you again soon!
