Cancellation Policy
All sales are final; no refunds. Cruises run rain or shine and may operate dockside without a refund. If the operator cancels, you may reschedule without a fee. Rescheduling fees per person: $10 up to 48 hours before sailing, $20 at 24 hours before sailing, and $30 for same-day cancellations or no-shows.

The regular schedule is boarding at 6:30 PM, departure at 7:00 PM, and return at 10:00 PM. In fall and winter, boarding is at 5:00 PM, departure at 5:30 PM, and return at 8:30 PM.
