- Arrive 15–20 minutes early for check-in, bike fitting, and a safety overview
- Present a valid government-issued ID if you are the rental holder
- Complete a rental waiver before riding
- Basic cycling ability and safe bicycle operation are required
- Riders under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at check-in
- E-bike riders must be at least 16 unless accompanied by a parent or guardian
- A processing fee and Damage + Theft Protection Plan apply to bike rentals
- A refundable $250 card hold applies for damage during bike rentals and is released after undamaged items are returned
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled rental time. Cancellations within 24 hours may be charged the full rental amount. No-shows are charged the full rental price. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or safety concerns.
