- Complete a rental waiver before riding
- A valid government-issued photo ID is required for the rental holder
- Basic cycling experience and the ability to operate a bicycle safely are required
- Riders under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at check-in
- E-bike riders must be ages 16+ unless accompanied by a parent or guardian
- A $250 refundable card hold applies for damage during the rental and is released when all rental items are returned undamaged
- A processing fee and damage and theft protection plan apply
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before your rental for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be charged the full rental amount. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or safety concerns. No-shows are charged the full rental price.
