- Drivers must be ages 25+ with a valid driver’s license
- A $1,500 authorized damage-deposit hold is collected on arrival by credit or debit card
- A mandatory gas charge applies based on rental duration and is not included in the listed price
- A mandatory $45 hull-damage protection charge applies and is not included in the listed price, with a $10,000 maximum out-of-pocket expense
- An 8.5% equipment use and maintenance fee is added and is not reflected in taxes and fees
- A liability waiver is required for each machine, with all party members listed as passengers

Cancellation Policy
Cancel 3 or more days in advance for a full refund. Cancellations 1–2 days in advance receive a 75% refund. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Late returns are charged $75 after 15 minutes, $150 after 1 hour, or a full-day rental cost after 2 hours.
