- Riders ages 15–17 require a parent or legal guardian to rent and assume responsibility
- Helmet use is required while riding

- Weight limit 275 lbs
- Ride only on approved paved roads and bike paths; no sand, unpaved surfaces, or private property
- No night riding
- A $500 penalty applies for riding outside the approved usage zone
- Complete the waiver before your rental
- A credit card authorization is required for damage or loss; you are responsible for the bike's full value, including costs beyond the security deposit
Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 48 hours before start for a full refund. No refund within 48 hours or for no-shows. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. A security deposit of up to the rental item's value may be collected at pickup and used for damage or loss.
