- Arrive 15–30 minutes early for check-in and preparation

- Wear wool or synthetic layers; cotton, cotton blends, and denim are not permitted
- Wear shoes that can get wet and muddy; flip-flops are not permitted

Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 7 days before the event for a full refund minus a 5% cancellation fee and, if applicable, a 6% booking fee. No refunds or rescheduling within 7 days, except for weather cancellations. If cancelled due to weather before launch, receive a full refund.
