Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 5 days before departure for a full refund of charter fees paid to the vessel owner. Within 5 days, charter fees are non-refundable. If the captain determines conditions are unsafe, rescheduling is attempted first; if rescheduling is not mutually possible, charter fees paid to the vessel owner are refunded. A full refund is issued if the vessel is unavailable and rescheduling is not possible.
FAQs
