Things to know
Drivers on unguided rentals must be 26 or older and need a $1000 credit card pre-authorization per driver. Bring a valid driver’s license and wear shoes or boots, long pants, and eye protection (goggles available to rent for $10 each). If the car wash closes due to water restrictions, a cleaning surcharge will be added—clarify the amount with Greetwell before booking.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before your tour time for a full refund. Within 24 hours is nonrefundable; no-shows and late arrivals are nonrefundable. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances; they may cancel for any reason.

Drive only if you are 26 or older. If you arrive with drivers under 26, those machines will be canceled and are nonrefundable.
Bring a credit card: each driver age 26+ requires a $1000 pre-authorization per driver on the card on file (added the day before your reservation). Your card may also be charged for equipment damages caused by your group.
Arrive 30 minutes early so every participant over 18 can complete a rental agreement/waiver. Every driver must show a valid driver’s license. Passengers over 18 and all legal guardians must show a government-issued photo ID. A legal guardian must complete waivers for minors and must also participate on the rental.
