Important details
- Arrive 30 minutes early for check-in and waiver completion
- Ages 26+ only for all drivers; each driver needs a valid driver's license
- Bring government-issued photo ID for passengers 18+ and legal guardians
- Minors must be accompanied by a legal guardian who participates in the rental
- Bring the credit card used for the reservation and matching cardholder photo ID
- A $1,000 credit-card preauthorization hold applies per driver the day before the rental and is released after 7 days if unused for damages
- Wear shoes or boots, long pants, and eye protection; goggles are available for $10 each and are not included in the listed price
- Bring at least one cell phone per group with reliable service in the riding area for communication and navigation
- All participants must read and speak English
- Follow combined vehicle weight limits: ATV 600 lbs, Defender 1,300 lbs, Maverick 2-seat 650 lbs, and Maverick 4-seat 880 lbs
- Passengers about 48 inches tall can normally reach the floorboards; the manufacturer recommends passengers keep their feet firmly on them
- Wash the vehicle at Kremmling Car Wash before returning it; an extra 30 minutes is allowed
- A cleaning surcharge not included in the listed price applies if water restrictions close the car wash
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before start. Within 24 hours, reservations are nonrefundable. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows and late arrivals are nonrefundable.

Drive only if you are 26 or older. If you arrive with drivers under 26, those machines will be canceled and are nonrefundable.
Bring a credit card: each driver age 26+ requires a $1000 pre-authorization per driver on the card on file (added the day before your reservation). Your card may also be charged for equipment damages caused by your group.
Arrive 30 minutes early so every participant over 18 can complete a rental agreement/waiver. Every driver must show a valid driver’s license. Passengers over 18 and all legal guardians must show a government-issued photo ID. A legal guardian must complete waivers for minors and must also participate on the rental.
