- Tour availability is limited and not guaranteed. If an included tour is unavailable, you'll be offered alternative options.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations more than 48 hours before the pass's first service day incur a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows are non-refundable. Once any portion of the pass is used, the entire pass is considered used and is non-refundable. Allow 10–12 working days for refunds to be processed back to your card.
