Important details
- Renters must be at least 21. Drivers must be at least 18, or at least 25 when carrying passengers under 18.
- All riders must be at least 46 inches tall. Children must be able to sit with their feet flat on the vehicle floor.
- A valid driver's license is required to rent. Bring your driver's license and state-issued photo ID.
- Drivers born on or after January 1, 1988 need valid ATV and off-road utility vehicle safety certification before taking possession of the vehicle. Certification from any U.S. state is accepted. Bring proof of certification.
- This activity is not suitable during pregnancy and is not wheelchair accessible.
- A refundable damage deposit is collected at arrival and is not included in the listed price. Bring a credit or debit card for the deposit.
- Fuel is not included in the listed price. Return the vehicle with a full tank and provide a fuel receipt.
- Late-return charges are not included in the listed price: $100 for returns 10 minutes to 1 hour late, plus $100 per hour beyond the first hour. If your late return interferes with another rental, you'll also be charged that rental's price.
- Safety certification fees are your responsibility and are not included in the listed price. Fees vary by provider; free courses may be available through other states.
- Complete a liability waiver for each vehicle and list all passengers.
- Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled rental time.
Cancellation Policy
With at least 7 days' notice, you'll receive a full refund, credit, or rebooking. Submit cancellations in writing. No-shows are charged the full price. Rentals run rain or shine. If trails close due to fire danger or other natural disasters on your rental day, your rental will be rebooked or refunded.
