Important details
- Drivers must be ages 25 and older
- A trail pass is required to access all trails; conservation officers may request proof
- Bring your own off-road helmet; helmets are required for riders ages 18 and under
- A $1,500 damage deposit is required on the day of your rental and is not included in the listed price
- Late returns incur a $50 fee for every 30 minutes past your scheduled return time and are not included in the listed price
- You are responsible for damage beyond the deposit; repairs are charged at $70 per hour plus parts, with a $75 daily downtime fee when applicable
- Do not ride on Interstate highways
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations more than 24 hours before the start time may be eligible for rescheduling. Cancellations within 24 hours of departure and no-shows are non-refundable.

Carry your high-impact off-road trail pass as a printout or in the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency (TWRA) app. Conservation officers may request proof while you ride.
Ride on local roads around the trails if needed, but do not ride your Maverick X3 rental on Interstate highways.
