- Arrive 30 minutes early; late arrival reduces your guided tour time
- Bring a valid driver's license for the renter and every driver; the renter's license must match the payment card
- Ages 18+ required to rent a Dune Rover or KRX 2-seat; licensed drivers ages 16+ may drive
- Ages 21+ required to rent or drive a KRX 4-seat
- Complete the safety video and guided instructional tour before driving
- Complete a liability waiver for everyone in your party; a parent or guardian must sign for minors
- Bring required eye protection, such as sunglasses, glasses, safety glasses, or goggles
- Children ages 2+ only and must use a forward-facing car seat; bring a child safety or booster seat when required by Michigan law
- Ensure everyone in your party has a seat in a vehicle at all times
- Expect a refundable damage-deposit hold, not included in the listed price: $750 for Dune Rover or KRX 2-seat and $1,000 for KRX 4-seat
- Bring a physical payment card for the damage-deposit hold
- Pregnant riders and riders with neck or back issues are not recommended
- Dune Rover total passenger weight limit: 500 lbs
Cancellation Policy
Reservations are final. No-shows are not eligible for a refund. If it is raining at check-in and you decide not to ride, receive a 90% refund. If the operator deems weather unsafe for the day, receive a full refund. No refund if you choose to ride and return early due to rain.
