Cancellation Policy
Cancel or change at least 8 days before arrival for a refund minus $25 per boat. Cancellations within 7 days are nonrefundable. If floating is canceled or postponed for unsafe water conditions, you'll receive a raincheck for your payment, valid for 1 year, not a refund. Weather rainchecks require continuous rain at Blue Springs Ranch from 8am to noon.

Check in at the main office 1 hour before your scheduled departure to collect your float boarding pass and vehicle pass. Without a boarding pass, you'll need to return to the store before boarding the bus.
You may be moved to a later departure, assigned a different type of floating equipment, or both.
