Important details
- Allow time before departure for check-in, waiver completion, and a safety briefing
- Return morning rentals by 12 pm; afternoon rentals begin at 1 pm and return by 7 pm, or 5 pm after September 15
- From September 15 through October 31, rental hours are 7 am to 5 pm
- Leave the boat key on board and notify the resort when you return
- Follow California, federal, and current Department of Fish and Wildlife boating regulations
- Stay within the boat's person and weight limits, including all gear
- Report any damage immediately; negligent operation may incur charges not included in the listed price for parts, $75-per-hour labor, and lost rental time
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation with at least 48 hours' notice. No-shows and cancellations within 48 hours are charged in full. Full refund if the operator cancels due to unsafe weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
