Important details
- Drivers must be 16+ and show valid identification on arrival
- Arrive after doors open at 6 AM and allow time for check-in, waivers, and a safety briefing before getting on the water
- Use rental hours from 6 AM–7 PM; from September 15–October 31, hours are 7 AM–5 PM
- Follow California and federal boating laws and current Department of Fish and Wildlife regulations
- Stay within your boat's person and weight limits, including all gear
- Leave the boat key onboard and report any damage immediately upon return
- Expect additional charges for negligent or destructive damage, including parts, $75 per hour labor, and lost rental time
Cancellation Policy
Receive a full refund with at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows are charged in full. Receive a full refund if the operator cancels due to unsafe weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
