Know before you go

- Arrive after 6 AM with time to check in before getting on the water
- Complete a waiver and safety briefing before getting on the water
- Start by 3 PM for the day's last rental
- Return paddles and lifejackets by store closing
- Follow California, federal, and current California Department of Fish and Wildlife regulations
- Report damage immediately upon return; damage charges are not included and may be based on parts, labor, and lost rental time
Cancellation Policy
Receive a full refund when you cancel at least 48 hours before your rental. No-shows and cancellations within 48 hours are charged the full price. Receive a full refund if the operator cancels due to unsafe weather or unforeseen circumstances.
