Important details
- This is a bareboat charter: the primary charterer assumes possession and control of the vessel
- A qualified, U.S. Coast Guard-licensed captain is required and is independently selected and contracted
- Each adult needs a completed waiver before boarding; a parent or guardian completes waivers for minors
- Captain and crew services are not included: estimated at $560 for 6 hours or $700 for 8 hours
- Fuel is not included: estimated at $300 for 6 hours or $400 for 8 hours, with final charges based on actual use
- Temporary fuel surcharge is not included: $112.50 for 6 hours or $150 for 8 hours
- Gratuity is discretionary; 15–20% of the charter price is typical and paid directly to the captain and crew
- Bring no red wine or glass beer bottles, and avoid items that may stain upholstery
- Use lotion sunscreen only; sprays, oils, bronzers, and shimmer products are not permitted
- Go barefoot or wear clean socks aboard

Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 5 days before departure for a full refund of charter fees paid to the vessel owner. Within 5 days, charter fees are non-refundable. If the captain declares unsafe weather, rescheduling is attempted first; if not mutually possible, charter fees paid to the vessel owner are refunded.
