No changes, cancellations, or refunds within 24 hours. If the operator cancels or materially alters the trip for weather, mechanical, wildfire, or operational reasons, choose rebooking or a full ticket-price refund.
Wear layers and bring a jacket in late summer and fall. Bring sunscreen, a ball cap, sturdy closed-toe shoes, protective eyewear for the open-air gondola, and bug spray. Sunglasses or prescription glasses are suitable protective eyewear.
