Know before you go
- Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled rental time
- Bring a valid photo ID for rental check-in
- Every participant must complete a waiver before departure
- Alcohol and drugs are prohibited on or while operating watercraft
- Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult; ages 14–17 may rent alone with a signed parent or guardian waiver
- Minors under 13 and unaccompanied minors under 18 must wear a personal flotation device
- Capacity limits apply by watercraft, ranging from 100 to 1,000 lbs

Get a full refund or reschedule up to 24 hours before your rental. No refunds or reschedules are available on the rental day. Receive a full refund or reschedule if the operator cancels due to weather, equipment, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Bring a valid photo ID, comfortable clothing and shoes, sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, water, snacks, a towel, and any fishing gear or dry bags you want to use. Bring only non-alcoholic beverages.
