Important details
- Drivers must be licensed and age 21 or older. Bring a current driver's license and proof of current insurance.
- You assume the risks of operating the cart and responsibility for all drivers and passengers, including financial responsibility for damage, theft, loss, or misuse. Additional cleaning, repair, or rental-policy violation charges may apply and are not included in the listed price.
- Sign and submit the waiver before cart pickup.
- Drive only during permitted daylight hours: from 30 minutes before official sunrise until 30 minutes after official sunset.
- Use only Port O'Connor side streets with posted speed limits of 35 mph or less. Do not drive on Highway 185.
- Stay on paved surfaces at Boggy. Do not drive into water, wet sand, or tidal areas, or onto Kingfisher Beach, including its grass and sand.
- Do not carry open containers of alcohol or drive under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other impairing substances.
- Drive safely and respectfully. Reckless or negligent driving can end your rental immediately. Rule violations can result in fines up to $200 plus $134 in court costs; impaired driving carries separate penalties.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before the rental at no cost; cancellations receive a full refund. Within 48 hours, cancellations receive no refund, reschedule, or gift card. If the operator cancels for unsafe weather, you can reschedule or receive a non-refundable, non-expiring gift card for the booking amount minus booking fees. No-shows receive no refund, reschedule, or gift card.

FAQs
Your rental is canceled if winds reach 27 mph or higher or lightning is present within 20 nautical miles of the activity's launch point or route. Winds above 20 mph but below 27 mph trigger an advisory by phone or email, but rentals continue.
The waiver is attached to your confirmation email. Sign and submit it before golf cart pickup.
