- Drivers must be age 21 or older with a valid driver's license.
- Bring a copy of your current driver's license and proof of current insurance.
- You assume the risks of operating the cart and full financial responsibility for damage, theft, loss, or misuse. Additional cleaning, repair, or policy-violation charges may apply and are not included in the listed price.
- Sign and submit the waiver before cart pickup.
- Drive only during the permitted daylight period: from 30 minutes before official sunrise to 30 minutes after official sunset.
- Use only side streets with posted speed limits of 35 mph or less. Do not drive along Highway 185; you may cross it safely from a side street.
- Do not drive anywhere on Kingfisher Beach, including grass or sand. Stay on paved surfaces at Boggy, and keep the cart out of water, wet sand, and tidal areas.
- Do not carry open containers of alcohol or drive under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other impairing substances. Reckless or negligent driving can end your rental immediately.
- You are responsible for the actions of all drivers and passengers during the rental.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your rental at no cost; cancellations receive a full refund. Within 48 hours, cancellations and no-shows receive no refund, reschedule, or gift card. If the operator cancels for unsafe weather, you can reschedule or receive a non-refundable gift card with no expiration for the booking amount minus booking fees.
