Cancellation Policy

Receive a 100% refund when you cancel at least 72 hours before the activity date, or a 50% refund at least 48 hours before. Cancellations 24 hours or less before are non-refundable. Arrive at least 10 minutes before pickup and drop-off; no-shows are non-refundable. If the Hanalei Bridge closes, your rental will be rescheduled or fully refunded if rescheduling is not possible. Operator cancellations receive a full refund or credit.
