Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before departure for a full refund. Groups of 20+ need 72 hours' notice. No refunds or rebooking for no-shows, missed boats, wrong locations or vessels, or cancellations or changes within 24 hours. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
