- Ages 16+ only
- Requires at least Level 1 freediver certification from Freediving Instructors International or Performance Freediving International, considerable spearfishing experience, or staff approval following a previous tour or lesson with the operator
- Tours are weather-dependent, and the dive location is selected based on conditions near your scheduled dive

Wear clothing you're comfortable wearing in the water. Bring towels and something to carry your catch home in. All necessary dive gear is provided.
Hydrate well the day before and the day of your dive. If you have facial hair, shave directly under your nostrils to help prevent mask leaks. Avoid sunscreen on your face, as it can cause mask leaks and irritate your eyes. Before entering the water, tell your guide about any fears or limitations.
